Result Areas

Program Developed and Delivered

The general audience of the programs of Premier Leadership Institute (PLI) are the emerging leaders--people who aspire for leadership and management positions. However, the programs are also open to those who are already in leadership and management positions, with the need to learn, relearn, and unlearn to enhance himself/herself. The two core programs of PLI are the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and Management Development Program (MDP).

The LDP and MDP are distinct programs, leading to two separate certificates of program completion. However, one can earn certificate of course completion after taking a course, and earn as many of these certificates. In order to earn the certificate of program completion, all courses should have been taken—evidenced by the certificates of course completion earned.
